Wow, where do I begin.. I can't thank all of you enough-from those of you at title, to the processors, the banks, and especially my loan officer Mary Anne. Let me explain. Approximately a year ago my mother got very sick and was unable to pay her mortgage. I couldn't keep up with all the medical treatments and the house payments, therefore the house went into foreclosure. It was ready to be auctioned off until I was able to pull 6,000 off a credit card to put a halt to the foreclosure proceedings. Part of my forced agreement with the bank was that the payment would go up over $1,000 a month for a year. I was in a bind. I couldn't afford to help my mother with the medical bills AND the increased payment on the house. I was praying for a miracle.
Then the miracle came. Mary Anne, came into my auto body shop, and saved my life. She was able to pull out a hard money second mortgage for me (my fico score due to the foreclosure had dropped well below 500), and did the loan with the closing costs totaling LESS than the original loan broker gave me when my mother and I bought the house AND then my credit was PERFECT. I couldn't believe it was true! In disbelief, I read every paper, and every line, at my loan document signing. Mary Anne was so patient and answered all of my questions.
Through that process, I was able to payoff $40,000 of backed payments owed to the bank, and get $14,000 cash out! I am now in the process once again only 3 months after my last loan closed, of refinancing my house again, and pulling another $100,000 cash out to payoff all of my mother's medical bills and purchase another property. My entire life has been turned around because of Mary Anne, and the others at Elite Financial. Without them I would have lost the house and don't know where I would be today. She treated me with respect and never once tried to take advantage of my desperate situation, with my mother's house. She truly is an angel-my angel.
